All of our doors are assebled together with the frames we are checking functionalities and parameter of the doors. DEFENDOOR doors are equiped with locks, locking systems, hinges, glass, vents, dropping gaskets or any elements needed by customer.

All of our products are powdercoated on one form 3 lines. We are using TRIBO applications from WAGNER and overhead transport system on all paint shop including mechanical brushing solutions or 4-treatment phosphate automatic spray washer. We are using only zinc plated materials for all of our products ( Z100 or Z 275 class) before the powder coating all surface are prepared by mechanical or chemical treatment, both part of process are controlled by CNC controllers.

All of the production procesess in our factory is controlled by our own MRP System designed for us and connected with all of our production lines. Doors are ordered with dedicated configurator and all parameters are send directly to proper machining station. Every door leave and frame are marked with production label with QR code to eliminate any human mistakes during production process. We are focused on tailor made solutions so all of our lines are designed for “one piece series” – to be able to change all of the product parameters ( dimensions, number of locks or hinges, type of the lockind solutions, glass, ventilation, dropping gasket etc.) without slowing down of the production flow.
